Refund and Returns Policy
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if there is any error with your order or you are dissatisfied with the products received in any way, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website or via email at hello@anthera.com.au.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but if deemed necessary, we will process a refund, exchange or replacement. These will be processed in a timely manner, but please note that refund payments may take up to 10 business days to be received depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Anthera and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Please note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
